BUILT FOR ANYONE WHO HAS TO BE AT WORK ON TIME
Stop being late
for work.
Luma turns your work start time into a personal wake, leave and arrival plan. If a late day happens, Luma can learn from it and improve the next one.
A practical planning tool, not a guarantee.
WHY LUMA EXISTS
Being late can cost far more than a few minutes.
Repeated lateness can affect pay, performance reviews, promotion prospects and job security. Employers absorb disrupted handovers, pressure on punctual colleagues and the cost of replacing people.
Survey source: CareerBuilder/The Harris Poll, published 2018; fielded Nov–Dec 2017, 809 employees.
Protect your pay, work record, promotion prospects and livelihood.

FAQ
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Can Luma guarantee I will never be late?
No. Traffic, weather, family emergencies and device issues are outside any app’s control. Luma helps reduce the risk by turning your work start time into a clear morning plan with an arrival buffer.
Who is Luma for?
Luma is for anyone who needs to be at work at a set time. It supports regular hours, changing shifts, rotating rosters and one-off workdays.
How does Luma work?
Add when work starts, how you commute, how long you need to get ready and how early you want to arrive. Luma works backwards to give you wake, leave and arrival times, then uses alarms, countdowns and pace alerts to keep the morning moving.
How does Luma adapt when I am late?
After a late check-in, Luma asks what caused the delay. It can suggest moving your wake time, leave time or both earlier for future workdays with a similar start time. You choose whether to apply the adjustment.
Is Luma available on Android?
Luma is currently built for iPhone.
Does Luma offer employer packages?
Not in the current release. Luma is licensed to individuals through Apple’s in-app purchase system. There is no employer-paid access, external unlock or corporate pricing path.
Can employers see employee schedules or location?
No. The current app has no employer account or dashboard. Individual alarms, schedules and arrival history stay private on the user’s device, and Luma does not request location.
Built for every kind of workday.
